Site of this project is located in a village which is 35 km away from Rafsanjan city.

Rafsanjan is a largest exporter of pistachio in the word and thus has the largest artificial forest in the world.

Due to this, according to consumedly cultivating pistachio in this city and suburbs, people in this town are facing lack of water for agriculture and other industries.

Due to this particular climate conditions and during a conversation with client we decided to implement this project with the least possible infrastructure, whereas it would meet’s most of the needs of the client.

Due to the limited access of materials, we had to implement the project structure as a bearing-wall.

In this type of implementation the possibility of place wide openings in the surfaces reduced. And we used this issue as a feature during the project; In such a way that the spaces framed from the inside to each other; and the connection between the inside and outside is occur through this small frames.
